Vendor Registration

Vendors: Please complete the information form then register for the event, details listed below:

Cost:

$250.00 for the first vendor representative and $75.00 for each additional vendor representative/guest

 

Includes:

  • Lunch - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

  • Includes one table, electricity, and general sessions

  • Listing on the WAI website for one year as a 2024 sponsor

  • If not attending the conference listing on the website for one year for $50.00.

 

Travel

At vendor's own expense. 

 

Lodging

Lodging is available at a state rate and parking is included. 

Deliveries

The hotel will apply the following shipping and package handling charges to for any materials that are sent to The Lismore Hotel and required to be stored and/or delivered to an assigned meeting room:

 

1.     Boxes under 50lbs - $5.00 per box

2.     Boxes over 50lbs - $10.00 per box

3.     Poster or Tube - $5.00

4.     Display Case - $35.00

5.     Pallet - $75.00

6.     Crate - $150.00

 

For any packages received more than three (3) business days prior to the event, there will be a surcharge of $15.00 per item, per day in addition to the charges listed above. All storage/shipping fees are exclusive of service fee and sales tax.

The Lismore Hotel will assist with outgoing packages. Clients should provide The Lismore Hotel shipping numbers for UPS and/or FedEx to their event manager.
