Bill of Rights as amended through March 30, 2001

    All charges against a WAI member of unethical or other improper conduct as stated in either the Code of Conduct or Standards of Conduct, must be in writing and signed with an original signature.

    Prior to any administrative hearing, a member must be provided written notice of all charges of alleged unethical or other alleged improper conduct that will be the subject of an administrative hearing conducted in conformance with the provisions of the WAI Constitution and By-Laws. This notice shall also include a brief summary of the evidence against the member and what rights the member has and the date, time and location set for the administrative hearing.

    Unless the administrative hearing is waived in writing by the accused, there There( line out) must be some form of reasonable administrative hearing in which the accused member can present a defense to any charges of unethical or other improper conduct before any form of disciplinary action is taken against the member. At the administrative hearing, the member may be presented by a licensed attorney at the member's expense.
